I understand that my tuition payment pays for my spot in a weekly class. I understand I will not be credited for missed classes. I understand I can makeup any missed classes in the same semester.

I understand there is a $20 fee for late tuition. A tuition payment is considered late if it is not paid by the last day of the month. If you have not paid tuition by the last day of the month you cannot attend class until it is paid (including the $20 fee.) Your child will be removed from their class if tuition is 2 weeks past due.

I understand that I must give 2 weeks notice if I want to discountinue my child's class. Fees may be applied if 2 weeks notice is not given.
