WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER GYMS IN THE AREA?

We are privately owned. Our instructors are mature and experienced gymnasts and coaches and your child will have the same instructor/coach on a consistent basis. Because we are a smaller gym, you will receive more personalized attention and excellent customer service. Flips for Fun is family!

CAN MY CHILD DO A TRIAL CLASS BEFORE REGISTERING?

Absolutely, if we have the availability in our classes. Give us a call or send us an email with your contact info and we will help get your trial class scheduled.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CLASS TO SIGN MY CHILD UP FOR?

When you contact us to schedule a trial class, our staff will recommend an appropriate class based on your schedule, your child’s age and their gymnastics/tumbling experience. The instructor will evaluate your child to confirm their skill level during the trial class, and will discuss any suggestions with the parent(s) afterwards.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR TO CLASS?

Leotards or shorts and t-shirts are fine. No tights or socks. Please have long hair up and tied back out of the face. No jewelry should be worn to class.

HOW MUCH DO CLASSES COST? DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

45 minute classes are $68 a month and 60 minute classes are $74 a month. There is a $5 discount for each additional sibling enrolled in classes.


Prepay for the semester and receive a %5 discount off the total cost of tuition!


We accept Check, Debit, Credit Card, Paypal and cash.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?

Yes. A $30 registration/insurance fee is due when you register for classes. This is an annual fee that is due on your anniversary (sign up). There is a $5.00 sibling discount for the 2nd child and no cost for 3rd or 4th child.

WHEN IS TUITION DUE?

Tuition is due the first class of the month, and must be received by the 15th of the month to avoid a $20 late fee. Keeping a credit card on file avoids paying any late fees.

WHAT IS YOUR MAKE UP POLICY FOR MISSED CLASSES?

MAKEUP POLICY
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds will be given for classes missed, including scheduled holidays.


OPEN GYM -Students may attend a scheduled "Open Gym" once a month, in place of a missed class.


If you are wanting to do a Open Gym in place of a missed class, you must call and reserve a spot for the Open Gym. We will not allow any to just come without a reserved spot. You will have to pay at the door without your name on the list. The coaches will not have any time to look up missed classes. 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY CHILD’S INSTRUCTOR?

If you need to speak with your child’s instructor, please e-mail or call the office. This will allow us to start and end classes promptly

DROP PROCEDURE


PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE GYM TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Only a written notice via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable giving a 30 day notice.


Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS and until  you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE that you would like to drop.   Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification, then that student's account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
